A third-generation chef, Chef Andrea carries the legacy of Apulian culinary artistry at his fingertips and on his palate, enriched by years of studies and research.
Chef Andrea’s grandfather was a restaurateur, while his father was a chef. As such, he first entered the kitchen at the age of 10 and earned his first Michelin star at 40.
In 2017, he opened Dissapore Ristorante by Andrea Catalano. Coming from a tough background, every morsel of experience has shaped his journey and contributed to his growth as a chef. Chef Andrea is passionate about all types of cuisine, from classic to contemporary, and regional to international.

Chef Beppe’s passion for food first began to take form while he was still a child, living in Italy and working at his neighbourhood cafe. Fast forward 20 years, he was sent to work in Singapore by renowned Italian restaurant group Bice. After racking up an impressive set of skills and experiences from helming several prestigious F&B establishments, Chef Beppe found that it was finally the right time to open something that he could call his own with ilLido.
Chef Beppe’s commitment to his craft is evident in many aspects of each establishment – from the menu to the design, service and beyond. His role as a restaurateur sees him both in the kitchen and at the front-of-house at all of the unique restaurants and bars that he has created. His passion is driven by his personal work philosophy that every detail should be catered to enhancing the customer’s overall dining experience.
